
Today, I want to share a story with you. A story of how crippling anxiety was overcome through inner strength and the power of self-discovery. This is a story about Anna*, a remarkable woman who, like many of us, faced overwhelming challenges in her life. I had the privilege of witnessing Anna's transformation and helping her use the inner resources she didn't know she possessed.

The Darkness Within:
Anna's world was consumed by anxiety and stress to such a degree that it suffocated her dreams and made her feel worthless.
